This Application has been filed seeking to correct the error which had crept in in the name of the 1st respondent. The actual name is Surinder Singh Grewal, it had been unfortunately given as Surendar Singh Grewal. Let this small source of irritation be removed both in the minds of the applicant and 2nd respondent.

2. Accordingly, this Application stands ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy and fresh order copy may be issued on application made by the learned counsel for both sides.

Such corrections may be made on or before 15.09.2022 and the order copy thereof be issued to the parties on or before 26.09.2022.
