Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the redeployment of the petitioner to his native district Cuddalore or nearby districts on humanitarian grounds after completion of tenure as an Office Assistant in *Home Department, Secretariat, Chennai on 17.07.2022, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2021. Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is being disposed considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2021 has not been disposed. It is noticed that this Court has already passed orders under similar circumstances in W.P.Nos.24317 of 2019 etc batch dated 27.08.2019 and in W.P.Nos.11888 of 2021 etc batch dated 19.05.2021 and in W.P.Nos.11887 of 2021 etc batch dated 21.06.2021.

Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits. No costs.
