This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13688 of 2024 dated 19.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 19.06.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
