This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.18339 of 2022 on 04.08.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
