ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.352 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there are totally seven accused involved in this case. The petitioner is arrayed as A5. The allegation is that the petitioner and other group of people lured the defacto complainant and other victims as if they will get employment in Synergy Shipping Company and cheated the defacto complainant. Totally there are 34 victims were suffered and cheated a sum of Rs.1.18 crore. Hence, the present complaint has been lodged before the Law Enforcing Agency.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is in no way connected with the alleged offence and that he is also one of the victims, since he also paid money to get job for his brother.Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that this is a clear case of cheating for job racketeering. The petitioner and other group of people collected a sum of Rs.1.18 crore by making false promise for securing job in Shipping Department. Therefore, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Now-a-days it is a trend to deceive people by making false promises about providing jobs and laundering money from the innocent people who aspiring jobs. Considering the heinous offence committed by the petitioner and that investigation of the case is still underway, this Court is of the opinion that it would not be justifiable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this point of time.
