ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation Crl.MP.No.8631 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.16467 of 2023 dated 19.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation Crl.MP.No.8631 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.16467 of 2023 dated 19.06.2024, is relaxed.
