C.M.A.No.3574 of 2021 C.M.A.No.3574 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.Learned counsel for the appellant pointed out that in paragraph No.15, in the result portion of the Judgment, dated 09.02.2024 in C.M.A.No.3574 of 2021, in Clause (ii), the name of the second respondent-Insurance Company is mentioned as "United India Insurance Company" instead of "Royal Sundaram General Insurance Company Limited" and in the same paragraph, in Clause (iii) of the third line, the word "they" has to be changed as "the second respondent".

3.Registry is directed to carry out the above said corrections in the said paragraph No.15, and issue a fresh copy of the Judgment to the parties concerned. It is made clear that the rest of the Judgment shall be remained intact.
