The petition has been filed to permit the applicant or petitioner to examine Mr. K. Venugopal, who is conversant with the signatures of the testator and the first attesting witness, in order to prove the Will.

2.Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent, who is the mother of the petitioner, had already given consent to grant the main relief itself.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this application is allowed and the matter is ordered to be listed before the learned Master on 09.08.2023 with a direction to complete the recording of evidence within a week.
