(CRIME NO.1265/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he has to appear before the resopondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the bail order granted by this Hon`ble Court on 18.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14597 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SHANKARDEVI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14597 of 2021 on 18.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
