Crl.O.P.No.21058 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B) r/w 420 IPC and under Sections 7(1)(a), Sections 8, 10 of EC Act r\w.PSCO & PDS(C) in C.C.No.63 of 2009, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that the petitioner had avoided the judicial process by not appearing for trial in C.C.No.63 of 2009 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, necessitating the said Court to issue Non-Bailable Warrant on 30.06.2023.

3.Considering the above, the anticipatory bail petition would not lie and the same is dismissed. The petitioner should abide by the conditions of the trial Court.
