JUDGMENT

(Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY.,J) Challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated 22.10.2021 recorded on W.P.No.22461 of 2021. This appeal is by the State Authorities.

The entire order which is under challenge in this appeal reads as under:- "Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first to fifth respondents and submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the third respondent on the recommendation dated 12.08.2021 of the fourth respondent within a period of

twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders for appointing the petitioner based on the recommendation of the Chief Educational Officer within the aforesaid period. No costs."

We find that, this is an invited order and the very filing of the appeal was not proper, however that aspect is not stretched further. This appeal is dismissed, however without imposing any costs, which could have been imposed in this case. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition would not survive.
