ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A2 in all these cases. He apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under sections 120B, 409 and 420 of I.P.C r/w Sections 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, in Crime No.RC/MA1/2019/A0022/ACB/CBI, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier when the matter was taken up for hearing, M.K.Srinivasan learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases submitted that now the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and the matter was taken cognizance and summons are issued to the petitioner.

3. Considering the same, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the Special Court for CBI Cases, Chennai and execute a Bond under Section 88A of Cr.P.C.

4. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well the respondent submitted that the petitioner had appeared before the Special Court and executed a Bond under Section 88A of Cr.P.C.
