This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17560 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25066 of 2022 dated 22.11.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months i.e., 1st day of alternative month of English Calendar at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
