This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2018.

On perusal of the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2018, it is revealed that the petitioner's land was acquired by the Highways Department for laying road and also the petitioner was paid compensation. However, the petitioner submitted representation for enhancement of compensation and it is pending on the file of the first respondent. The first respondent has to refer the representation before the jurisdictional Subordinate Court for enhancement. 2/4

In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to refer the representation submitted by the petitioner for enhancement of compensation before the jurisdictional subordinate court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
