2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed to carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks. And after carrying out the amendment, the petitioner is required to issue a fresh paper publication in one issue of Tamill daily 'MAKKAL KURAL' and in one issue of English daily 'TRINITY MIRROR' having wide circulation in the State of Tamil Nadu within a period of two weeks, indicating the next hearing.
