This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 27.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13809 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Anupparpalayam Police Station, Tiruppur, once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
