Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ and calling for the records issue of G.O.Ms.No.70 School Education (MS) Department, dated, 12.04.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent and consequential Clause 2.2 of the notification No 8/2019, dated, 28.02.2019 calling for the Teachers Eligibility Test for the year, 2019 issued by the 5th respondent quash the same and pass such further other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that G.OMs. No. 70, School Education (MS) Department, dated 12.04.2018 which is under challenge in this Writ Petition, is also the subject matter of challenge in another Writ Petition before this Hon'ble Court and hence would hence pray for liberty to the petitioner to file a petition to implead himself as a party therein. Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file impleading petition in the other matter. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
