ORDER
This Court, by order dated 08.09.2021, disposed of the writ petition bearing No.18342 of 2021 by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2021 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the said direction was not complied with, within the time stipulated by this court, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 08.09.2021 passed in WP.No.18342 of 2021 has been complied with. In support of the same, he has filed a compliance report in the form of affidavit, dated 09.02.2022, before this court. 3/5
3. The aforesaid submission made on the side of the first respondent, has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
