PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned communication of the fourth respondent dated 13.07.2022 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and legally unsustainable and consequently direct the third respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the Special Panel of Officiating Cashier as requested by the petitioner in her letter dated 06.07.2022 submitted to the 3rd and 4th respondent in the light of clause-12 of the Circular No.ZD/1111/ASP/2007 dated 03.11.2007 issued by the first respondent.
