ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 15 days in preferring an appeal against the decree and judgement dated 08.04.2019 passed in MACTOP No.518 of 2017 by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (In the Court of Additional Sub Judge) at Puducherry.

2. Mr. K.Sasindran, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Sasindran, when the matter is listed for admission.
