Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying the order of bail made in Crl.O.P.No.10178 of 2020 dated 07/07/2020 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances andthus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 07.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10178 of 2020 to execute sureties.
