Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2021 and consequently update the Town Survey Land Register bearing No.R.P.T/Ba No.249/2019 in respect of the petitioner's land bearing Patta No.1632/2006 in the computer.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2021 and consequently update the Town Survey Land Register bearing No.R.P.T/Ba No.249/2019 in respect of the petitioner's land bearing Patta No.1632/2006 in the computer.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
