This application has been filed for condoning the delay in restoring the suit filed before this Court. The suit was dismissed on 04.08.2020 during that time, when the country was under lockdown.

2.Considering the fact that the lockdown continued for a predominantly long period all through rest of the year 2020 and 2021, I am inclined to condone the delay in 267 days in filing the application.

3.Hence, this application stands allowed.
