Seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner's daughter to attend the 5th semester classes in the three year (2011-2014) Diploma Course in the 3rd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

polytechnic college, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the relief sought for in this writ petition is related to the academic year 2011-14, which is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
