These Petition have been filed to direct the II Small Causes Court, Chennai permitting the petitioners to withdraw the balance 50% of the award amount which was credited in the M.C.O.P.No.1760 of 2014 and pass orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners in the above C.M.Ps are the legal heirs of the deceased/P. Rajendran who died in the accident and they are entitled to receive the 50% of the award amount

3. Since the issue is relating only to disbursement of the award amount, notice to the respondents dispensed with.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in 1\3

support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are ordered and the Trial Court is directed to disburse the 50% of the balance amount, which is lying in the credit of the M.C.O.P.No.1760 of 2014, to the petitioners within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw their respective shares.
