O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in STC No.2268 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate II, Puducherry.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 04.03.2024, this Court deemed it fit to refer the parties for mediation to amicably settle the dispute. Accordingly, the parties also attended the mediation proceedings. The mediation report has been placed before this Court. It is seen that the parties have amicably settled the dispute among themselves. The same was also confirmed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

3. In view of the above, the proceedings in STC No.2268 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate II, Puducherry, is hereby quashed on the ground of compromise.
