Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent not to insist the No Objection Certificate for the subsisting Lease Agreement dated 27.09.2019 pertaining to Bar License attached with the TASMAC Retail Shop No.8734 at Plot Nos.64, 65, 67, Kuppusamy Nagar, Senneerkuppam, Chennai - 600 056 to the petitioner under the strength of Lease Agreement dated 27.09.2019.
