ORDER
Seeking removal of the respondents 3 and 4 from the list for the 50% seats, earmarked for the open/private candidates for selection to the Mch (Surgical Oncology) course for the academic year 2013-2014, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the relief sought for is related to the academic year 2013-14, which is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.
