(SR) No.2344 of 2022 dated 2.9.2022. For the Petitioner : Mr.M.Dhamodharan for Mr.R.Krishnakumar Mr.B.Vijay for the Registry of Madras High Court (Assisted the Court) COMMON ORDER (Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Dhamodharan, learned counsel for Mr.R.Krishnakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that Crl.M.P. (SR) Nos.2344 and 2345 of 2022 dated 2.9.2022 filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, are not registered.
3. We had asked Mr.B.Vijay, learned Standing Counsel for the Madras High Court, who is present in Court, to verify and report.
4. Learned Standing Counsel for the Registry, on instructions, submits that there were number of defects and the papers were returned back to the petitioner and lastly the petitioner had submitted fresh applications on 20.09.2023. The same have been processed on 5.10.2023. Learned Standing Counsel for the Registry submits that, if the papers are found to be in order, then the same would be processed in accordance with law and decision would be taken.
5. In view of the said statement, the writ petitions are disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.) (D.B.C., J.) 06.10.2023 Index :
