(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.13 submits that patta is already issued in favour of respondent No.13 prior to the filing of the writ petition. The appeal has also been filed against the issuance of patta by respondent No.12 and the same is pending.
3. As none appears for the petitioner and in view of the fact that the appeal is already pending, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.25119 of 2020 is closed.
