This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 274 days in filing the written statement.

2.Mr.K.S.Ganesh Babu, learned counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing the above application.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same and also the fact that the respondents 1 and 2 do not have any objection in allowing the present application, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.
