2. The contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that his representation has not been considered by the respondents.

3. Whereas, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents submitted that the on the complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.796 of 2022 for the offences under section 447, 294[b], 323 and 506[i] of IPC.
