The petitioners have come to this Court seeking an order to condone the delay of 125 days in re-presenting the Review Application in Review App.SR.No.21313 of 2019.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the review application papers were returned on 26.02.2019 for complying certain defects and 10 days time was granted for compliance. Since the appeal papers ought to have been represented on or before 06.03.2019, due to oversight, the said papers could not be taken in time. As the same got mixed up with other case records inadvertently, the counsel could not re-present the Review Application Papers in time and the same was re-presented on 12.07.2019. Therefore, the delay of 125 days has occurred, which is neither willful nor wanton, but due to bonafide reasons. Therefore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners pleaded for condoning the delay. http://www.judis.nic.in
