Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the impugned notification issued by the 2nd respondent, dated 8.3.2012, had been abandoned, and no recruitment had been made, based on the impugned notification. Hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. No costs. M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2012 are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS V) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar gs.
