O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service as agreed in his Letter No.008661/A4/AVPoka/TNaNa/2005 dated 13/2/2006.

2. According to the petitioner, he has put in more than 240 days of service and by virtue of the same, he is entitled to be regularised in service. Hence, made a representation dated 18/10/2022 to regularise the service of the petitioner w.e.f 30/5/1999. As the said representations have not been considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition praying for the relief as stated therein.

3. Heard Mr.D.Soundar Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sivasubramani, learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Without expressing any opinion on the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to consider 2/4

the representations of the petitioner dated 7/4/2007, 26/6/2007, 18/10/2022 and 6/3/2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
