ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's wife namely Meenakshi, aged about 31 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that his wife Meenakshi, aged about 31 years went missing from 20.11.2020 and that the police have not taken effective steps to secure her. 3.Today, Meenakshi is present before this Court. She has stated that she was driven away from the home by the petitioner and his mother and that she has taken refuge in her friend's house and that she is not in the illegal custody of anyone. She has also stated that her husband is making wild allegations against her as if she was having an affair with the third respondent, which is not true.
