ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to investigate into the case registered in Crime No.236 of 2025 1/4

dated 04.04.2025 and file the final report before the appropriate court within a reasonable time.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the FIR in Crime No.236 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police has been registered only on 04.04.2025 for the offences under Sections 329(3) and 351(2) of B.N.S.

4. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation as early as possible and file the charge sheet within a reasonable time.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
