ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Several grounds have been taken to seek review and recall of order passed earlier, on 12.06.2019 in W.P.No.11500 of 2018.

2. We have gone through the order. Satisfaction is drawn on the basis of material on record regarding violation and fine imposed

many times on review petitioner earlier and on the basis of such finding, detailed order has been passed by this Court.

3. Submission of learned counsel for the review applicant that the findings which have been recorded by this Court were not warranted and that there were other material on record, do not impress us.

4. In the absence of there being any error apparent on the face of the record, we are of the view that the present application is nothing but an appeal in disguise and misconceived. Accordingly, review application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
