By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though she is in possession and enjoyment of the landed property admeasuring to an extent of 1.40.0 hectares in Survey Nos.105/1, 106/2A, 107/1A, 107/1B, 107/1B2, 107/2, 108/2, 108/3 in Nedunkundram Tambaram (TK) Kanchipuram District, one Janakiraman and Dillibabu had submitted application for cancellation of patta granted in her favour and the copies of the said application/ representation have not been furnished to the petitioner and therefore, she is finding it extremely difficult to participate in the enquiry to be conducted by the respondent and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.This Court taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2016, in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and till then, defer further proceedings.
