This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time to produce sureties by an order dated 04.08.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.11988 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11475 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to produce the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
