This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandaus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2021.

2. In response, the 1st respondent filed counter affidavit stating that the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2021 was already considered and appropriate reply has been communicated to the petitioner through a letter dated 09.12.2021.
