O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's objection dated 12.07.2024 and pass orders within a stipulated time fixed by this Court before measuring/survey the land in S. No.13/6 of Thiruverkkadu Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that pendency of the suit in O.S. No.20 of 2017 has been suppressed and orders have been obtained for survey. Hence he has given an objection in this regard. Hence seeks a direction to consider his objection.

3. As direction has already been issued by this court and notice was also issued to the petitioner, let the survey to be conducted by the respondents in the presence of the petitioner and the objections cited by the petitioner is also to be taken note of while surveying the land, within a period of one month from the Page 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other issues can be decided only in the comprehensive suit pending before the civil court.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is allowed.
