The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in bringing the petitioners as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, caused due to the death of the deceased sole appellant in the above A.S.No.876 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned. The C.M.P.No.14482 of 2022 is ordered.
