O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner against the private respondents from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the subject property based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 25.03.2023 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a complaint was earlier lodged before the second respondent and 2nd respondent had called the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5 and conducted an enquiry. At that point of time, respondents 3 to 5 had undertaken that they will not interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in the subject property. Thereafter, the petitioner wanted to put up construction in the property and once again the private 2/4

respondent had interfered with the same. Hence, a representation was made to the 1st respondent on 25.03.2023. Since the same did not yield any result, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a complaint to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent shall call the parties and make an enquiry. The 2nd respondent shall also take into consideration the earlier undertaking that was given by the private respondents. Thereafter, a decision shall be taken on the request made by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of giving the fresh complaint/representation to the 2nd respondent. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
