This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent in respect of the proceedings with No.5/7/2/23/RCS/Diary/2009/PF/160 dated 30.03.2012 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent to proceed with the election procedure from where it has been stopped forthwith.

When the matter is taken up for final disposal, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the election was conducted to the committee of the Management of the Society, the new committee entered upon office from 01.11.2012 and the new committee hold the office upto 31.03.2015. He has also placed communication letter dated 27.12.2013 issued by the Deputy Registrar (legal) to the Senior Government Pleader https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Puducherry) to that effect. In view of conducting election, the prayer in the writ petition becomes infructuous.
