The present wit petition has been filed with a prayer for Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2024 and consequential direction, directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the service from 24.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that upon some allegations, the petitioner has been suspended from service on 24.12.2024 and that the petitioner has given representation to the respondents for reinstatement of service, vide his representation dated 27.12.2024.

3.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's above representation dated 27.12.2024 within a reasonable time according to its own merits and in accordance with law.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials available on record.

5.In such view of the fair submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, without going to the merits of the writ petition this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's above representation dated 27.12.2024 and pass order according to its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
