HTSC.No.159/2012 dated 17.09.2012 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and against the orders of the Supreme Court dated 31.08.2012 in S.L.P.Nos.2468524719 of 2012 batch, consequently direct the respondents not to deny any facility to the petitioner for their H.T.Service Connection Nos.159,204 and 322.
