ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to produce the corpus of the detenue Mrs. Kavithamani, female, aged 33 years, wife of Gunasekaran before this Court from the illegal custody of the fourth respondent and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this habeas corpus petition and he has also made and endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrwan.
