2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court vide order dated 14.09.2023 directed the revision petitioner to file an affidavit of undertaking that she will not part with the possession to any third party and continues to pay rental amount and clears the dues, if any to the owner of the property viz., Corporation of Chennai and also granted time to file an affidavit to that effect till 25.09.2023. Accordingly, today the learned counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit dated 25.09.2023 and the relevant portion is extracted as below:- "3. I submit that I undertake to vacate and hand over the vacant portion of the Shop No.4, Waltax Road, Chennai 600 079 on or before June 2024 to the respondent. Further I undertake to pay all the arrears of amount towards damages for use and occupation and to continue to pay the rent without fail till I vacate the premises."

4. In view of the above, the order dated 05.06.2023 has been complied with.
