RESPONDENT Prayer in CMP No.17888 of 2021:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time so as to comply with condition to pay the cost of Rs.5000/- to the Respondent herein, as imposed by this Court in CRP NPD No.2468 of 2016 on 16.03.2021.

Prayer in CRP NPD No.2468 of 2016:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. against the order passed in I.A.No.114 of 2013 in I.A.No.409 of 2012 in unnumbered Appeal on the file of the Principal District Judge, Erode, dated 17.06.2013.

Order:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Parthasarathy, Senior Counsel for Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Bharanidharan for Mr.B.Karthikeyan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply the Order of this Court made in CRP.NPD.No.2468 of 2016 on 16.03.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that due to prevailing pandemic situation, he was not able to comply the Order of this Court and hence, he seeks indulgence of this Court to extend time to comply the Order of this Court.

3. Considering the pandemic situation and considering the

averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is extended for further period of two weeks from today for the petitioner to comply the Order of this Court in CRP[NPD] No.2468 of 2016 dated 16.03.2021 and this petition is Ordered accordingly.
